Well, you might be had this figured out already. Bank actually can help prevent you from becoming a victim of repetitive attack.
Deposit all the money you have in bank, especially if you have a weak mafias. Money drop from fight, will attract the attacker to repeat his attack on you.
I realize this when I play mafia wars in Bangkok, where there is a little money drop in a fight or very few from properties. For me, in Bangkok, money has a higher value compared in three other cities. The choice for me are to collect money from fight, or doing job. The job looks very expensive since its use more energy. So fighting is a more suitable choice for me. The only problem with fighting in mafia wars Bangkok is, money gain is rare, particularly the huge one. When I found a Don with a lot money reward from attacking him/her, I'll repeat the attack until he's/she's death or iced.
That's the logic. Before I do this trick, I got attack 40-100 times a day, especially when I park in Bangkok. You can simply park in other city but, this logic can still be true in Cuba or Moscow. You count New York out, money is no problem at all in this city.
Bank's 10% laundering fee seems quite acceptable.
